Hello Friends, Eco-zone Inc. was part of the final round of the Social Business Plan Competition at the University of Notre Dame. We want to thank everybody that supported us. Especially, we want to thank the Judges and Irish Angles that gave valuable feedback. The business plan competition is over. Now, we can focus on making the project a reality and will have our first board meeting in May 2009. We have still seats left on the board. If you are interested, please let us know under

Eco-Zone Inc. addresses GHG emission and and climate change as a non-profit organization by reducing deforestation in the rain forests.
Eco-Zone Inc. is doing this by providing bio-fertilizer free-of-charge to small family farmers in the rain forests.
The fertilizer is produced through low emission composting technology using organic waste that otherwise would most likely end up in land fills.
To provide the farmers with an additional financial support, Eco-Zone engages in the fair trade concept with the farmers and industries that need organically grown crop. |
